Privacy policy
What we collect
Account data (email, name), the invention descriptions and intake details you submit (inventor names, addresses, entity-size answers), the documents generated for you, and usage and billing records.
How your invention data is handled
Invention content is confidential pre-filing material. It is stored in a private storage bucket, accessible only through short-lived signed links minted after an ownership check. It is processed by our AI providers solely to generate your documents under API terms that do not permit training on your data. We never publish, sell, or share your invention content — the only exception is a share link you explicitly create for an attorney, which expires automatically.
Processors we use
Supabase (database, authentication, storage); Google (Gemini API) for drafting, figure generation, speech and transcription, or OpenAI or Anthropic where your account selects those models; USPTO Open Data, Google Patents (via SerpApi) and Brave Search for prior-art and product queries; Stripe (payments); and Resend for transactional email. Retention and deletion
Your drafts and packages are retained while your account is active so you can re-download them. Deleting a patent deletes its runs and artifacts; deleting your account deletes your data except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
